Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. However, If your order arrives damaged or not as described, reach out to us via email, and we'll make it right. | Micaiah@NotSoRareTCG.com
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made. Please note Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

Orders typically ship within 48 hours after payment is received.

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on NOTSORARETCG.COM, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
